By submitting Team Registration Form, participants parent/person having legal custody/guardianship give permission for the minor to participate in Sports San Diego programs, events and tournaments. Submission of Electronic Team Registration Form will be used as a Electronic Signature for commitment to participate in program, event or tournament registering for.
